I'm guess from looking at this that you used to draw anime, because it looks like you still have trouble letting go of some of those characteristics; the big eyes and the face mainly show that. I think that your strong point is definitely the hair. I don't know what the original picture looks like, but I can tell where the light is coming from. This is a good attempt at realism, and I don't know if it's your first time, but if it is, you're way ahead of where I was when I first tried to draw a person. It looks pretty darn good, and I suggest to make it look more like Ms. Page, you should work more on the shading in her cheeks, (usually the size and shape of the cheeks are really big physical characteristics for someone's face) and making sure the eyes/nose/mouth are the right size and shape and are placed the proper distances from each other.
